Why We Built This Site
Indiana makes many court records publicly accessible under the Indiana Rules on Access to Court Records, while the Indiana Access to Public Records Act, Indiana Code 5-14-3, governs public agency records more broadly. Knowing which custodian has a particular item can still be difficult. The Parke County Clerk maintains the Circuit Court case record, Parke Circuit Court schedules hearings and enters rulings, and Indiana MyCase provides the statewide public case index. This site organizes those distinct routes, along with useful request details and case-number guidance.

This is a privately operated reference site, unaffiliated with Parke Circuit Court, the Parke County Clerk, or any Indiana agency. Those limits mean:

- We cannot retrieve an official docket sheet or case file for a visitor
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot change, continue, or confirm a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot promise that every listed fee, contact detail, or setting remains current
An official or certified docket or court record must come from Nicole Collings, Clerk of the Parke Circuit Court, or from the court that holds the record. This site only identifies the proper source.
